Shipping options

You may choose standard shipping depending on the items in your order and your location. As your orders may be handed over to local carriers for the final leg of delivery, tracking may not be available every step of the way.

Shipping address

Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address. But certain items can only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuables, perishables, products with age-based restrictions, or items shipped via private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation to be successfully delivered. Merchandise partners may also indicate in the product listings that they are unable to ship products to P.O. boxes. Items cannot be delivered to security-restricted areas such as military bases.

Shipping time and cost

1) All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note that some carriers do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

2) After an order has been successfully paid and confirmed, you will see the estimated delivery time and cost for shipping on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message that will outline the estimated processing time for your order.

3) The warehouse may take 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.

4) You'll receive a shipment notification message that will provide you with the estimated delivery time for each package once it is shipped. We will also provide you the tracking number when it is ready. You can view this estimated delivery time under each package in your order history at the same time.

5) In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.

Issues regarding delivery

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 90 days of the order date.

Big Ticket Items and Remote locations does not cover free delivery out of major cities metropolitan areas and Big Ticket items, such as Furniture, motorcycles, etc., due to size and weight. For more information, communicate with our customer service department at

Late Delivery Compensation Policy

What is late delivery compensation?

If we don't deliver your order, we will issue you a credit within 48 hours of that date. The credit will be issued to your credit balance in the currency used for the order and with the exchange rate from when your order was placed. You can check the compensation amount for late delivery in your order details.

Under what circumstances will I not receive compensation for late delivery?

1. If on-time delivery (delivery before's latest estimated delivery date) is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control (“events beyond our control/force majeure"), such as natural disasters, strikes, severe weather, or epidemic-related restrictions, or if you provide us with an inaccurate delivery address or zip code (determining whether an event is an "event beyond our control/force majeure" is entirely at's sole discretion);

2. All packages from the same order (except reshipped packages) have been delivered before the latest estimated delivery time of or have been delivered to a specified location such as the post office or delivery locker for self-collection;

3. If the courier tries to deliver your package before or on the latest estimated delivery date but cannot contact you (where applicable);

4. You select a delivery time with the courier after the latest estimated delivery date;

5. If all packages from the same order have been received but you are waiting for a reshipment;

6. If your order is not linked to a account or your credit balance is suspended when we attempt to issue the compensation;

7. Each order, regardless of the number of packages, will only be compensated once for late delivery;

8. Other circumstances such as refused delivery, moving to a new address, etc. that are not a result of any wrongdoing on the courier's or's part. reserves the right to the final interpretation of our Late Delivery Compensation Policy and the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time.
